Strawberry and watermelon with
rum and served ice cold

50ml Caribbean Twist White Rum
100ml Soda Water
25ml Sugar Syrup
Lime Wedges & Mint Leaves
Muddle the mint, lime wedges
and sugar syrup in a tall tumbler
glass. Fill the glass half full with
crushed ice, pour in the rum
and soda. Stir, top up with ice
and garnish with lime and a
mint sprig.

90ml Pressed Pineapple Juice
25ml Cream of Coconut
Pineapple Wedge
Maraschino Cherry
Blend ingredients with
crushed ice. Served in a
Hurricane glass, garnish with
a wedge of pineapple and
a Maraschino cherry.

4 Squeezed Lime Wedges
Cola
Build all ingredients in
a highball glass,
filled with ice and
top up with cola.
Garnish with a lime wedge.

Dash of Bitters
Ginger Beer
Lime Wedge
In a highball glass filled
with ice, add rum and
bitter and top up with
ginger beer and then garnish
with a lime wedge.

50ml Caribbean Twist White Rum
1 bottle Caribbean Twist
Tropical Punch
Fresh Mango Slices or Mint Leaves
75ml Mango Juice
75 ml Coconut Juice
Thoroughly mix all ingredients
apart from the mango slices in
shaker and gently pour over crushed
ice in a cocktail or highball glass.
Garnish with a couple of fresh
mango slices or mint leaves.
